German Molina PhD, CFA, FRM

I studied my Ph.D. in the Statistics Department, as well as a Masters in the Economics Department, both at Duke University under a Fulbright Scholarship.

In 1999 I left Tenerife (Spain) to study at Duke's Statistics department, one of the top research departments in  Bayesian statistics. In August 2003 I moved to London. I worked for 2 years in Credit Suisse before moving to Vega Emerging Alpha, a start-up Hedge Fund where I built and traded the systematic models for the Fund. Then in 2007 I started at Tudor where I was an LLP member and Quantitative Portfolio Manager until 2012, before launching  Idalion Capital, a hedge fund management group.

A list of my publications can be found here.
